Personal Training / Classes


Hannah offers a mobile personal training service and provides any equipment she feels necessary - so no need to leave your house!

I will be running a few classes each week; a mix of Mums and Bubs classes, bodyweight 101 classes and Exerlates (a cross between bodyweight exercise, yoga and pilates).

I offer a range of nutritional plans, recipes and in home demonstrations completely personalised to you and your personal or family goals, don't be shy get in touch we can talk about how tweaking your nutrition and a few tips and tricks may fast track those results!

All classes are a maxium of 10 people so I can really focus on attention to detail, such as correct form. I always stick around for 15 minutes after the classes to answer any questions or give you advice that may help.
